1 lb rye flakes

2 lb toasted buckwheat
1 lb millet
.5c quinoa
.5c black japonica rice
.5c basmati rice
~1 lb popcorn unpopped but pop before adding

Hops:
1 oz 11.8% New Zealand Pacific Gem
1 oz 6% Australian pride of ringwood (pellets)
2 oz 6.9% New Zealand Hallertauer
1 oz 4.6% German select

Yeast:
Edinburgh (white labs) 2 vials

room temp fermentation (68-75F)
