Grilled Mahi Mahi with Mango-Avocado Relish...
~1 lb. Mahi Mahi
1 medium, ripe mango
1 medium, ripe avocado
1/2 a small red onion
a pinch of crushed red pepper (adjust to whatever octane level you desire)
juice of 1/2 a large lemon (1 T. or so)
Kosher salt to taste
Mix it up...it's good.
